To: All electric power enterprises
Since its founding, Shandong Province Electric Power Enterprise Association has, under the guidance by the Department of Civil Affairs of Shandong and other authorities and with support from power enterprises of the whole province, upheld the principle of “focusing on in the power industry, serving enterprises, interacting with government, and communicating with society”. The Association fulfills its role as a bridge of communication, seeks to build a cooperative platform, and delivers its social responsibilities. Enhancing its social influence considerably, it has made major breakthroughs in its undertakings. In 2015, it was honored as an “Exemplary Social Organization in China” by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and as an “Excellent Social Organization of Shandong Province” for consecutive years by the Department of Civil Affairs of Shandong Province. In December 2015, it was elected an executive director institution by CEC (China Electricity Council); in November 2015, as an founding institution it carried out preparatory work for the Inauguration Ceremony & First General Member Meeting of Shandong Federation of Social Organizations and was elected a vice-director institution of the Federation.
We at the Association provide the following services:
1. Feeding back the requirements of enterprises to the energy authorities and relevant agencies in a timely manner, coordinating to solve conflicts or disputes between the electric power industry and other industries, relevant agencies, and service receivers, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its member institutions;
2. Providing member institutions with preferential, quality, and efficient service in annual self-check preliminary review of electrical installation, maintenance, and test enterprise qualifications commissioned to the Association by Shandong Electricity Regulatory Office;
3. Providing member institutions with legal and business consulting and addressing questions and problems of enterprises with qualification application and handling, upgrading, and change.
4. Providing relevant training on management, safety, technology, etc., convening industry-relevant meetings, and providing preferential service for member institutions;
5. Carrying out such activities as industry excellence selection, contests, and performance appraisal, and recommending member institutions to relevant government agencies;
6. Publishing internal publications, creating our website as a promotional platform and improving the visibility of our members and the corporate image of our member enterprises;
8. Organizing various exchanges, boosting the exchanges and cooperation between member institutions, and promoting advanced construction techniques and experience in business administration;
9. Organizing other work as commissioned by government agencies and enterprises.

When the above materials are sealed, please return the original copies to the Association. When your application is reviewed and approved by the Association’s board of directors, you can register to become a member of the big family of the Association.
