China Guodian Shandong Power Co., Ltd.

Founded in August 2003, China Guodian Shandong set up China Guodian Shandong Power Co., Ltd. on December 26, 2007 with a registered capital of RMB4.47 billion. As a fully-owned subsidiary absorbing all the Shandong-based assets and restructured shareholdings of China Guodian Corporation, China Guodian Shandong Power is mainly involved in power-relevant industrial development, investments, construction, operations, and management. Currently it is operating thermal power with an installed capacity of 7.64 million kW and wind power with an installed capacity of 125,000 kW while all its thermal power generator units each have an installed capacity of 300,000 kW or above, the average installed capacity per generator unit being 424,400 kW. It manages and operates a total installed capacity of 7.94 million kW.
