As the largest subsidiary of China Datang Corporation, China Datang Shandong Power Generation Co., Ltd. was incorporated on January 9, 2009. As authorized by the Group, the Company legally fulfills its duties as an investor and manager for the Shandong-based enterprises that the Group fully owns or holds shares in; it is responsible for implementing the Group’s strategy in Shandong by focusing on developing and building key projects supported by the state such as one million power sources, heat and power co-generation, wind power and heat supply.
