Award-Winning Projects at First Shandong Province Electric Power Industry Employees Technological Achievement Award Selection Defense Session Organized by Shandong Province Electric Power Enterprise Association Participate in Selection for National Honors

September 23 to 25, 2015 (7th) National Electric Power Industry Employees Technological Achievement Award Second Review Defense Session (Grid) took place in Wenzhou. The nine grid-category projects recommended by Shandong Province Electric Power Enterprise Association participated in this defense session, receiving very positive feedback.

To encourage the electric power industry employees in Shandong to engage in innovation more actively and promote the commercialization of technological achievements, Shandong Province Electric Power Enterprise Association has, since this year, begun to organize the “Shandong Province Electric Power Industry Employees Technological Achievement Award” selection activity and recommend the excellent achievements to CEC (China Electricity Council) for national award selection. After the initial review and secondary review by CEC, the 13 projects (nine for the grid category and four for the power supply category) selected from the “First Shandong Province Power Industry Employees Technological Achievement Award” smoothly proceeded to the defense stage. As scheduled by CEC, the secondary review defense session for the grid category will take place October 20 to 22.
