Recently, Wu Xinxiong, head of the National Energy Administration, made important instructions on the report about the Scheme of Pilot for Direct Trading between Power Consumers and Power Generation Enterprises in Shandong Province from Shandong Energy Regulatory Office, saying “Shandong Energy Regulatory Office has made remarkable achievements in actively promoting the direct power trading pilot innovatively in concerted efforts. I hope that the Office will strictly follow the series of major decisions and strategies of the Central CPC Committee and the State Council on deepening comprehensive reforms and seriously implement the Scheme and that it can make actual progress in the pilot, which can serve as experience and an excellent example for reforms.”
